About Us
Cleevely Electric Vehicles is an independent, family-run business specialising in the sale of electric
vehicles and parts. Part of the nationally recognised, award-winning Cleevely Group, including a
growing mobile service division, Cleevely EV Mobile, together we provide nationwide EV support
direct to customers' doors and from our HQ in Cheltenham. As we expand, we're looking for a
knowledgeable and organised EV Parts operative to join our team and take ownership of parts
operations across both the group workshop and mobile service units.
Job Summary
As a part of the EV Parts team you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our
workshop and mobile teams by managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of electric
vehicle parts. You'll work closely with technicians, service advisors, and suppliers to ensure the right
parts are available at the right time—maximising efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Procurement & Inventory Management
o Source and order genuine and aftermarket EV parts from trusted suppliers.
o Manage stock levels and reorder points to ensure minimal downtime.
o Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems.
Workshop & Mobile Team Support
o Coordinate with workshop technicians and mobile engineers to ensure timely availability of parts.
o Prepare and package parts for mobile jobs, ensuring they're ready for engineers before dispatch.
o Track parts usage across both the workshop and mobile teams.
Supplier Management
o Build strong relationships with suppliers to help negotiate favourable terms and stay informed on EV parts trends and availability.
o Handle warranty returns and manages supplier discrepancies.
Administrative & Organisational Tasks
o Maintain parts records, invoices, and warranties.
o Support technicians with technical parts identification and sourcing.
o Monitor parts usage trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
o Reporting to management
o High-level computer skills
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an automotive parts management or similar role preferred, but not essential.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Confident using inventory management software and digital systems.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
Full UK driving licence.
