We are now seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As Duty Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on shift, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences at all times. Whether it’s leading the team, solving challenges, or making sure guests feel looked after, you’ll keep everything running with confidence and calm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, ensuring service that reflects Zedwell’s high standards.
* Be the go-to contact for our guests, handling requests, feedback, and challenges with professionalism and genuine care.
* Oversee daily operations — from check-in to check-out — creating a seamless, stress-free guest journey.
* Keep an eye on safety, security, and cleanliness across the property.
* Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
* Work closely with other departments to keep operations connected and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in hotel front office or a supervisory role (duty manager experience is a plus).
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills — calm, confident, and effective under pressure.
* Excellent communication and people skills, with a natural passion for guest service.
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Mews PMS (or similar hotel systems) is an advantage.
