Key responsibilities include: Develop a positive and united team culture. Ensure clear communication in a timely manner in relation to the allocation of team member duties. Coordinate the balance of activities within the Delivery Centre / Hub across functions to ensure synchronised marshalling and loading is kept with Picking and Replenishment. Manage and maintain asset management procedures in relation to the return of Cages, Totes, Pallets, and other delivery tools. Manage and maintain the vehicle routing application (Paragon) for optimal results. We’re looking for someone with.
