Your Role as a Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor in Radlett secondary schools, you will:
* Supervise lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students stay engaged
* Maintain strong classroom behaviour management
* Support individual pupils or small groups where required
