Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management activities. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to effectively manage data entry tasks. Familiarity with property management software is highly desirable, as it will be used to streamline property management processes.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property.
* Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks related to tenant information and property management activities.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance to tenants, guests and prospective residents.
* Support marketing efforts by upselling available flats and amenities to potential tenants.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up with service providers.
* Prepare reports on occupancy rates, tenant feedback, and other relevant metrics as required.
* Assist in conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience is desirable, preferably within a property management or real estate environment.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants and team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
