As Assistant General Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a senior leader within the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality, develop high-performing teams and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend your time on the floor, setting standards and supporting both guests and team members.
What You’ll Do
* Support the General Manager in leading the overall restaurant operation
* Take ownership of service standards and guest experience
* Coach and develop managers and front-of-house team members
* Lead shifts with confidence, setting the tone for professionalism and warmth
* Drive performance through strong communication and operational focus
* Support recruitment, training and succession planning
Who You Are
* Experienced as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader
* A confident and inspiring people manager
* Commercially aware and comfortable driving performance
* Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
* Passionate about hospitality and developing others
