You'll bring:
* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs
* SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* A strong understanding of current social care legislation and best practice
* Experience in residential settings and developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
* Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Bonus: If you have experience supervising a team, that's a plus, but not essential!
Why Join Hansel
* Be part of a respected charity with over 60 years of impact
* Work in a positive, values-driven environment
* Receive ongoing training and development opportunities
* Help shape services that truly empower people
* Join a warm, inclusive team that genuinely cares
