Overview
The Operations Office is responsible for programme management, manufacture and delivery of our Formula 1 cars to the Race Team. The Sustainability team works with these departments to ensure actions align with the FIA requirements and stakeholder expectations. Sustainability Graduate will work alongside the Sustainability Business Partner to plan, implement and monitor sustainability programs and initiatives, collaborating with departments and external suppliers to embed sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact. This role offers exposure to all aspects of the Operations Management function and a real opportunity to drive improvements in sustainability for Williams Racing.
Responsibilities
* Join the Sustainability team within Williams Racing’s Operations department to integrate environmentally responsible practices across manufacturing, logistics and programme management.
* Support initiatives that align with FIA regulations and business strategy, contributing to long-term environmental goals.
* Help shape how Williams Racing delivers performance sustainably on and off the track.
* Assist in embedding sustainability into daily operations, from data gathering and analysis to continuous improvement projects, by preparing reports and documentation for key stakeholders.
* Contribute to reduced environmental impact and improved operational efficiency through meaningful sustainability projects.

* Develop skills in business systems and data tools like Power BI, and stakeholder communication.
