Senior Children's Residential Care Worker - Warrington, WA2
Are you an experienced children's support worker looking for a new adventure? Join our highly valued team and start a rewarding career!
Salary: £34,084 - £37,509 per annum, based on 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.60 (depending on qualification). Opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.
Hours: 173 hours per month, with a shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance. We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* A full UK driving licence
* Full right to work in the UK without restrictions
* In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practices
* Values aligned with the organization, such as a therapeutic, person-centered approach
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
