The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the front-of-house leadership team, supporting the General Manager in delivering seamless hospitality experiences. From guiding guests through our wines to ensuring smooth brasserie service, you'll play a hands-on role in daily operations, staff supervision, and enhancing the venue's growing reputation.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee shifts in the brasserie, ensuring smooth, efficient service
* Supervise and mentor team members, offering support and training
* Deliver engaging guided wine tastings, confidently introducing guests to our range of wines
* Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain exceptional service standards
* Contribute to social media presence, supporting marketing and engagement efforts
* Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver memorable guest experiences
About You
* Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, or similar)
* Passionate about food, wine, and creating lasting guest experiences
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Comfortable engaging with guests in both service and wine tasting contexts
* Familiar with restaurant booking systems and social media platforms
* Adaptable, reliable, and a true team player
