Outbound Sales Advisor – Warm Leads

Join our winning team as an outbound sales advisor at H2eCommerce. We are looking for passionate, experienced professionals to help us connect with customers who have already expressed interest in our products. There is no cold calling – every call is with an inbound warm lead.

About The Role

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include speaking directly with our customers, offering expert advice, showcasing our range of own‑branded ink and toner products, accurately maintaining documentation and databases, and hitting your targets to earn bonuses.


Hours of Work

Choice of two shifts: Monday‑Friday 08:50am‑17:20pm or Monday‑Thursday 09:00am‑19:30pm.

Requirements

* Experience of one year or more in an outbound tele‑sales role.
* Natural positive communicator and real people person.
* Problem solver with a helpful nature.
* Able to multitask.
* Confident and enthusiastic with a friendly disposition.
* Team player with a positive can‑do attitude.
* Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Competent with Excel and IT literate.
* The ability to actively listen, influence, and negotiate with customers.
