Are you a town planner with appraisal experience or a land/ development manager with detailed expertise in running planning applications?
Are you super ambitious and looking to solve problems rather than discussing things in meetings.
Would you like to have a clear career progression path to senior development manager within 12 months and be given management and leadership training to develop yourself quickly?
Our client is looking to appoint a development manager to oversee the appraisal of new sites and then the early-stage planning and design work on a major 1,000 + unit mixed-use project. This is an addition to the team, and you would work alongside the development director in early-stage design and planning matters in the current and future phases. Ideally, you will come from a town planning background where you have been involved in pre- and post-planning aspects of residential-led schemes.
The projects are all urban regeneration and community-enhancing, and at the heart of the business is a core value of place-making. It's key that you are a values—and quality-driven development professional who wants to make a difference to the wider community with projects.
There will be a clear career progression plan in place with the expectation that you will become a senior development manager in the next 12 months as the project moves along its lifecycle.
You are expected to have a strong project appraisal and planning background and experience working on large urban projects and be used to handling projects of 500 + units plus as a minimum.
This is an amazing role with a values-driven company that can give you a clear progression plan
