We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable team member to join Talbots as a Private Client Solicitor. To be successful, you will be a qualified solicitor with at least one year of post‑qualified experience.

What the job involves
* Grow and manage a broad caseload advising clients on a full range of associated matters across the Trusts and Estates portfolio.
* Draft and review documents and advise on wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, deeds of variation and trust‑related work.
* Support colleagues within the department, liaise with new and existing clients, and work efficiently, collaboratively and professionally.
What we need
* Qualified solicitor with at least one year post‑qualified experience within a Trusts & Estates department.
* Passionate about providing outstanding client care and service.
* Accurate and articulate in written and spoken communication with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time‑management skills, and proficiency in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications.
* Excellent interpersonal and team‑working skills.
