The Role: As our Internal Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition strategy by proactively identifying and engaging candidates for open positions across the business for our branch network. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates utilising various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates that would align with job descriptions. Attract diverse candidates and highlight to hiring managers the value of having a range of skillset and thought process can add value to our business. Screening candidates through phone and video interviews using our interview guides to ensure a fair and non-biased recruitment process. Building and maintaining a talent pool of candidates for current and future job openings and that they are kept up to date with regular contact and maintaining accurate records on our ATS. Coordinating the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and assessments for candidates and hiring managers. Making sure to collect and organise candidate feedback inline with agreed timeframes. This role offers the opportunity of flexibility, based predominantly from home, but with occasional meetings as required in the business or at our newly refurbished offices in Crick, Northamptonshire. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider People and Culture team and you’ll thrive on delivering excellent source of support to the business Skills and competencies Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role, ideally with some exposure to internal recruitment or talent management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
