Senior Finance Manager - Retail Operations

Working with some of the brightest minds in the Industry, our client, an International consumer brand is seeking an experienced Retail Finance Business Partner for a key strategic role.
Sitting in Operational Finance and business partnering with all C-Suite Ops Directors, Retail Directors and the Finance Leadership team, this is a business critical role to bolster commercial finance and drive the consumer strategy forward in 2026.
We are looking to talk to experienced, post qualified finance leaders who are capable of driving retail profitability and category performance whilst providing key recommendations for change.
With a focus on driving revenue, this is a true business partnering role at the forefront of decision making.
Role Responsibilities will include but not restricted to the following:
* Acting as the main Business Partner to all Retail and Product teams including the SLT.
* Shape and influence business change and operational efficiencies for the whole of the retail network through full P&L ownership.
* Act as the Finance lead for all Retail Channels and the Product development teams.
* Support the operational and retail strategy for 2026 and beyond including all new and existing business cases.
* Development of new and existing business cases and future investments.
* P&L optimisation.
* Provide detailed analysis to shape and influence decisions and future improvements.
* Understand significant cost lines and challenge investment proposals where required.
* Upskill the business to understand the Commercial drivers of profitability by channel and work alongside senior leadership to drive change
Job Requirements:
* Post Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
* Highly strategic with sound commercial judgement and the ability to articulate finance information to Retail & Operations Stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building sound relationships across all areas of Operations.
* Experience of working within a Retail / FMCG business in a similar commercial capacity is highly preferred.
* Commercial/ strategic awareness and ability to apply this to decision making and recommendations
* Advanced MS Excel skills, strong data analysis and financial modelling
