Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 - £110 per day

GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic and committed graduates who are ready to support pupils, work closely with teachers, and make a positive difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and activities
* Provide targeted support to pupils, either one-to-one or in small groups
* Encourage positive behaviour and active learning
* Help prepare learning materials and maintain engaging displays
* Support children with special educational needs (SEN) when needed
* Take part in school events, training, and staff meetings
Requirements:
* A degree (any subject) – graduates from all backgrounds welcome
* A genuine passion for working with young people
* UK residency and the right to work in the UK
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Experience with children is helpful but not required
