Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Collection Merchandiser, located in Greater London. The Senior Collection Merchandiser will oversee product selection, planning, and allocation while collaborating closely with design, sales, and retail teams. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, optimising product performance, and ensuring the seamless merchandising of collections. The role will also involve building strategies to maximize sales potential and maintain brand consistency across retail and customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Experience in Sales and Retail operations with a proven ability to meet goals and drive revenue
Knowledge of Marketing principles to support branding and product positioning strategies
Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using merchandising tools, data analysis, and relevant software applications
Passion for fashion and luxury retail, with an appreciation for high-quality craftsmanship and design
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a senior merchandising role within the fashion industry is essential
