Job Details
Location: Bolton Royal Hospital, Bolton, Lancashire (Postcode: BL4 0JR)
Contract Type & Hours: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, public holidays)
Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (NHS AfC Band 5)

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience in adult acute or urgent care, with knowledge of Acute Medicine. They should demonstrate willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a commitment to improving patient care through safe nursing practices, planning, delivering, and evaluating care according to organisational procedures and the NMC code of conduct.
We value international nurses and support their integration into the NHS. Currently, we only recruit internationally registered nurses with full NMC registration, as we are unable to support overseas nurses with only Part 1 registration at this time.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform clinical observations, venepuncture, cannulation, ECG recording.
* Provide direct patient care, medication administration.
* Use IT systems for referrals and documentation.
* Recognise and escalate unwell patients appropriately.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team across multiple specialties.
