Job Advert Job Title: Site Administrator Salary: Market Rate Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45 – 17:15 Your role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our Reconditioned team at our Bathgate site. As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for all office-based activities at site. These include: * Managing the order processing system from both email and telephone to ensure all customer orders are delivered in full and on time. * Assisting the Site Manager to ensure all sales and procurement paperwork is produced and completed correctly. * Accurately input data and liaise with customers and vendors whilst driving first class customer service. * Liaising with Customers and the Site Manager to resolve any issues in the event of a customer complaint. About you: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Full working knowledge of Microsoft office programmes. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Experience within an office environment. * Willingness to undertake relevant training to fulfil the role.
