Pay: £166.32 – £180 per day (paid weekly)

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Teachers to work in vibrant and welcoming primary schools across Cardiff. Whether you excel in delivering creative, curriculum-based lessons or enjoy supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN), we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role:
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons through the medium of Welsh
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to individual needs
• Collaborate with support staff and SENCOs to ensure every learner thrives
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Specialist ALN Teaching Opportunities Available:
• Teach small groups or 1:1, supporting learners with ALN including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
• Promote pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Tailor resources and teaching strategies to suit varied learning styles
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Fluency in Welsh (essential)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (Key Stage 1 or 2)
• Passion for child-centred education and inclusive practice
• Strong classroom management and adaptability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
