Tezlom a successful Care provider based in Hayes, London is seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced, Domiciliary Care Manager to work within the team to supervise and grow an effective and efficient home care service across West London including Hayes, Hounslow, Uxbridge, Harrow and willing to take the responsibilities of the Registered Manager. The Domiciliary Care Manager should have good knowledge of effective reporting, recording, monitoring and reviewing of targets and also ensure routine internal audit processes of service delivery are followed, whilst ensuring prompt action is taken against non-compliance. Key Responsibilities of the Domiciliary Care Manager: * Business Development – seek new business, follow up on leads, and build hours through building relationships with relevant stakeholders. * Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services. * Develop care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines. * Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members. * Maintain effective communication with service users, their families, and external stakeholders. * Main contact for CQC Requirements: * NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or studying towards). * Thorough knowledge of CQC Regulations and policies * Registered with the relevant regulatory body. * At least 2 years’ managerial or leadership experience within a domiciliary care setting. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation. * A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
