The Business

My client is one of the most frequently talked about front office recruitment firms in London. In the last 10 years they have taken on extraordinary market share across the UK, Europe, APAC and have recently launched in the US. They operate in one of the most intellectually demanding, high-stakes sectors in recruitment, covering market verticals such as Credit, M&A, Private Equity, Crypto, CFO Search and ESG.

The Role

They are currently hiring 4 Associate Consultants to join their high-performing team. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you'll be responsible for both candidate sourcing and client development, from building relationships with the most talented people in the market to advising top-tier financial firms on their hiring strategies.

What You'll Do

* Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and strategic research, and cold headhunting outreach
* Build relationships with candidates, understand their ambitions, motivations, and market value and become a trusted advisor in the career search
* Pitch and win new business, develop long-term partnerships with leading financial institutions and pitch the businesses service and negotiate terms of business.
* Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategy, and candidate fit
* Own the full recruitment cycle, from lead generation to pitching for new business, taking the initial brief to offer negotiation and post-placement care
* Collaborate with a team of expert consultants and contribute to shared success

The Ideal Candidate

* A recent graduate (any discipline) with a 2:1 or above
* A current Recruitment Consultant seeking a more rewarding role
* Strong communication skills, articulate, confident, and persuasive
* Highly financially motivated, you want your earnings to reflect your effort and success
* Resilient under pressure, able to navigate highs and lows with professionalism
* Competitive and goal-oriented, you thrive on outperforming targets
* Commercially aware, interested in business, finance, and global market trends
* Organised and self-starting—with the drive to take ownership of your desk from day on

Base Salary £30,000

Unlimited annual leave

Gym membership

Commission: uncapped from day 1

Location: Central London

4 days in the office, 1 from home
