About Our Client
The Enterprise Account Director will drive strategic growth by developing and managing enterprise client relationships. This role combines new business development with account management to maximise revenue and commercial impact across the UK.
Job Description
* Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise clients
* Secure new enterprise accounts in line with ideal client profile
* Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers across multiple levels
* Collaborate with BD, Marketing, Project Directors, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery
* Deliver compelling presentations and proposals demonstrating value and expertise
* Represent the company at senior industry forums and networking events
* Accountability for pipeline and GP performance within the enterprise channel
The Successful Applicant
A successful Enterprise Account Director should have:
* Proven experience in enterprise sales and strategic account management
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
* Commercially aware with ability to identify, assess, and pursue new opportunitiesExcellent communicator, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver
* Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
