Job Description:

Join Our Client's Team as a Remote Customer Service Star - Out of Hours!

Location: Remote, HQ in based in West Lothian and must be able to travel to the head office for training and team meetings as and when applicable
Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off on a rolling basis (hours circa 38 hours per week - out of hours - evenings and weekends)

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant who's confident, proactive, and ready to shine in an Out of Hours role. If you've got experience in customer service and are curious about the world of Facilities Management, this could be your perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Be the friendly voice on the phone, answering incoming calls with a smile (yes, people can hear it!).
* Log and dispatch job orders like a pro.
* Handle client queries and prepare job quotes that make sense.
* Keep systems up to date and customers consistently in the loop.
* Work closely with suppliers and clients to keep everything running smoothly.
* Provide top-notch service that makes people say, "Wow!"

️ What You Bring to the Table:

* You're a self-starter who can work independently (no micromanaging here!).
* You've got great timekeeping and communication skills.
* You're organised, reliable, and know how to prioritise your time.
* You're a multitasker who works well with others.
* You know your way around Microsoft Office and can pick up in-house systems with ease
* Bonus points if you've worked in Facilities or on a Help Desk before-but it's not a dealbreaker!
