This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day workshop operations while acting as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, and the wider service team. You will be responsible for coordinating workshop activities, managing service jobs from enquiry through to completion, and supporting customers with technical queries. As you develop within the role, you will gain increased responsibility in diagnosing issues, handling breakdown calls, and ensuring engineers are fully prepared for each job.
