Business Development Executive – Premium Soft Drink Brand – North West – Up to £35,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has gone live to work with an established and growing premium soft drink business covering the United Kingdom. This company boasts a fantastic product and culture, along with a rapidly growing business. It operates amongst some of the biggest names in Food Service and Prestige Retail / On Trade presence.
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales with new business and product launches. You will manage multiple accounts in the North across the ON TRADE channel, focusing on new business development, account management, and growth in the North West region.
The ideal Business Development Executive will have a background in Drinks FMCG and hospitality operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Seeking and securing new business, maintaining current relationships, and managing P&L in a commodity-driven environment.
* Building brand awareness through product development, trade visits, and events.
* Enhancing product visibility in the market and expanding the network of awareness.
* Executing channel strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets.
* Identifying marketing opportunities, conducting competitor analysis, and implementing sales campaigns.
* Collaborating with other departments and establishing a network within the Drinks industry.
* Implementing training programs and achieving budgeted targets.
Candidate requirements:
* 1-2 years’ experience in sales or brand roles within the drinks industry.
* Proven success in securing new business, brand building, account management, and sales growth.
* Strong network within the Drinks Sector; experience in Soft drinks or Juice is beneficial.
* Passion for the drinks industry and awareness of current trends.
* Ambitious, driven, and excellent communicator—able to work independently or in a team.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn new experiences.
