We are currently looking for a passionate, organised, and proactive Care Supervisor to support and lead our frontline care team across the PO1 to PO6 postcode areas. As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our care services are safe, responsive, and always focused on the individual needs of our customers. You’ll be supporting our amazing care assistants, ensuring they feel valued, confident, and fully supported in their roles.. What You'll Be Doing: Supervising and supporting a team of domiciliary care assistants across designated areas. Carrying out customer assessments, care plan reviews, and risk assessments. Conducting spot checks, supervisions, and providing field-based coaching and mentoring. Ensuring high standards of care are maintained in line with CQC requirements and company policies. Supporting with on-call duties on a rota basis. Acting as a point of contact for both customers and care staff, providing hands-on support when needed. What We’re Looking For: Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (essential). A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car (essential for community visits). Ideally, previous experience in a supervisory or senior care role within the health and social care sector. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A compassionate and professional approach to care. Must be based within our service area (PO1 to PO6 postcodes). Why Join Our Team: A competitive salary starting at £25000 per year, for a full-time job from Monday to Friday (work hours from 8.30 am -5 pm and paid weekend on-call duties).
