Salary and Benefits
£35K - £53K plus a car allowance, with an annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary. We also offer various other supportive benefits, including private healthcare and 34 days holiday allowance.

About The Role
We are recruiting across the business, and as an Engineering Consultant, you will join a vibrant and growing consultancy that delivers value to clients through investments in physical assets. Our clients include top-tier companies, government, and public sector organizations, and we assist them in making optimal CapEx decisions.
Our vision is to make a difference by reducing waste and inefficiency in physical asset portfolios, helping to conserve our planet’s resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture and analyze engineering and asset-based information
* Investigate root causes of inefficiencies and problems
* Develop feasible and acceptable solutions
* Prepare graphs, tables, and slides for presentations
* Contribute to written reports
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with diverse audiences
* Apply quantified decision-making and objective reporting
* Link engineering practicality with financial considerations
* Build relationships with clients for project progression and business development
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of engineering and reliability analyses, with personal drive to support engineering services delivery. Effective communication skills are essential, as many clients rely on our advice for strategic decisions.
You should have a keen interest in:
* Understanding asset maintenance and usage
* Applying reliability analyses to real-world scenarios
* Using data to optimize asset value
* Data analysis and problem-solving (education or work experience)
* Client-facing environments
Qualifications
* Degree, Master’s, or PhD in engineering or related STEM field (mechanical, materials, aerospace, physics, mathematics, computer science, civil, electrical, chemical, etc.)
