Collaborating with teachers, mentors, and external professionals to ensure holistic support is in place.
A Day in the Life:
Begin your day by collecting a student and transporting them to school-building rapport from the outset.
Support learning, lead enrichment activities, and accompany students on community outings throughout the day.
End the day by ensuring a safe return home, closing the loop on a day full of growth and connection.
What You Bring:
A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance.
Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs in schools or alternative settings.
A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and relationship-building.
