Your Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students' needs.
* Planning, assessment, and marking.
* Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching methods and pastoral care.
* Maintaining positive behaviour and discipline following academy policies.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Degree in a relevant subject.
* Understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Experience in student-centred learning at Key Stage 1 and/or 2.
* Familiarity with trauma-informed practices is desirable.
