This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that changes lives and saves lives!As anArea Healthy CommunitiesManager, you willbe responsible forimplementingthe Healthy Communities strategy. You will work with the operational teams to deliver a range of key programmes such as; Exercise Referral, Big Sister, Cardiac Rehab, Falls Prevention, Move Through Menopause and CommunityOutreach. Youwill also support operations in scoping,developing and delivering local projects. In addition, you will work with partners such as Local Authorities, theNHS and Active Partnerships to engage more people to be physically active. You willcontinuously work towards increasing social value, revenue generation and health outcomes.
The role will involve working autonomously, problem solving and influencing senior level colleagues/partners.You will be covering the South region,which covers London and the home counties, as a result you will be traveling regularly to our leisure centres and andpartnerorganisations. All travel expenses will be covered. Interviews are due to take place week commencing9thMarch for any successful applicants.
