Job Description:
Mason Frank are proud to partner with a leading Salesforce Summit Partner dedicated to delivering innovative and customized Salesforce solutions to their clients.
Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant/ Project Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
* Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and integration.
* Mentor and support a team of Salesforce consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
