Compensation: £28,640 per year plus a 5% technical premium (£1,432) and a £1,000 essential car user allowance

Responsibilities
* Work within the Work & Wellbeing Service to help clients accessing mental health treatment return to employment.
* Collaborate with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust and the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, working both remotely and within community settings.
* Support clients in treatment for diverse mental health issues, assisting them in securing sustainable paid employment that aligns with their preferences.
* Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, providing person‑centred guidance while building positive relationships with local employers to facilitate suitable employment.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to varying client needs.
* Understanding of employment challenges faced by people experiencing mental health issues.
* Knowledge of co‑production principles and a personalised care approach.
* Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (payable by Southdown).
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle or a vehicle insured for you.

* Experience supporting clients with mental health challenges, including those in crisis or with complex needs.
