This is a non-class-based role with a minimum of 2 days per week dedicated to SEND and inclusion leadership. The postholder will also provide some PPA / leadership cover across the week as part of their wider contribution to the school The successful candidate will: Lead and coordinate high-quality SEND provision, ensuring statutory processes are well managed and pupils receive personalised support. Support the opening and day-to-day coordination of our new Specialist Resource Provision (Communication & Interaction), helping staff provide an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Coordinate and monitor the effective use of pupil premium funding to support disadvantaged pupils and contribute to improved outcomes. Provide guidance, coaching and practical support to staff to develop inclusive practice across the school.
