Paloma was founded to transform access to autism and ADHD assessments and care. Our mission is to make these assessments available on the NHS within 4 weeks of GP referral by redesigning care pathways, building software & AI tools, and training a specialist clinical workforce. Role and responsibilities
* Conduct high-quality child observations as part of an autism assessment.
* Act in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy, including risk assessments where necessary.
* Keep up to date with mandatory training and professional qualification requirements, including CPD.
* Required: Professional registration with HCPC, NMC, or Social Work England; or related verified professional status.
* At least 1 year of experience in autism diagnostic assessments for children and young people, with experience delivering child observations for ages 5-18.
* Strong time management, caseload management, and high-quality parent / patient communication skills.
* Enhanced DBS with barred list check (as working with children).
* Desirable: Experience conducting risk assessments within an autism assessment service; safeguarding training (Level 3 or above).
* Salary £58,000-£70,000 per year, depending on experience, clinical background, and working pattern.
