You'll be part of a fast-paced environment where collaboration and technical leadership are key to success. What You'll Be Doing Lead and authorise design solutions for major and minor modifications. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams. Ensure design standards and requirements are met, liaising with multiple stakeholders. Operate as a recognised design signatory with industry-approved delegation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and capability. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Design Authoriser with structural expertise. Industry-recognised design signatory delegation (Design Approval/Authorisation). Previous aerospace experience - Airbus background highly desirable. Ability to deliver on time, cost, and quality while embracing change. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset. Role Details Location: Broughton (onsite requirement, hybrid working possible). Contract: Until 31/12/2026, with potential extension. Hours: 35 per week (flexible within 7am-7pm). Rate: Up to £52.00 per hour (Umbrella or PAYE equivalent). Security: BPSS clearance required.
