About the role:
This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to support the nursing staff in providing care to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the residents
Requirements:
•A strong background in elderly or residential care, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care.
•Must be fully flexible with regard to day and night shifts.
•Familiarity with safe medication handling, administration, and documentation.
•Strong understanding of infection control, safeguarding, and health and safety guidelines within care environments.
•Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting a positive and efficient team environment.
•Ability to develop, implement, and review care plans, ensuring that individual care needs are met.
