MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Salary: starting at £43,000 (depending on qualifications)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Location: Cheltenham
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to maintaining clearance requirements.

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor from a Mechanical or Electrical background to join our friendly team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm supervising the on-site maintenance team and specialist contractors.
Responsibilities
1. Supervision and organisation of maintenance staff and on-site contractors undertaking PPM & reactive works, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with customer SLA's & KPI’s.
