The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-driven and analytical Assistant Finance Manager to join our finance team in Sheffield.

What Youll Be Doing
* Manage the end-to-end customer rebate process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Calculate monthly rebate provisions and raise customer credit notes
* Maintain and manage a database of rebate agreements
* Perform reconciliations and variance analysis
* Support accruals, prepayments, and deferred income processes
* Assist with commission calculations and monthly management accounts
* Produce and distribute sales and financial reports
* Resolve queries and liaise with internal teams and customers
* Support the Finance Manager in improving processes and driving efficiencies
* Build strong working relationships and act as a key contact for account-related queries
What Were Looking For
* Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
* Working towards or planning to study ACCA/CIMA
* Strong analytical xsngvjr skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver accurate work
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
* A proactive mindset with a drive to learn and develop
