Salary dependent on experience
Location: Clevedon, BS21 – Office based
Full-time: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the daily operations of our processing and manufacturing department at our Head Office in Clevedon. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be technically minded, and possess a positive, can-do attitude. This role offers a great opportunity for someone interested in the industry to develop their administration skills.
Role Overview
To plan, check, and process orders received from branches across the South West and trade customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize workload based on urgency and remain calm under pressure when issues arise.
Responsibilities
* Process orders using First Degree’s Window Designer software
* Answer general and technical queries from branches and trade customers
* Order products from external suppliers
* Organize paperwork for manufacturing
* Liaise with external suppliers and factory staff
* Perform general office administration
