The S2P Indirect Procurement & Invoice to Pay expert in S/4HANA plays a critical role in overseeing the SAP S/4HANA global implementation (“Digital Core” program). This S2P expert in ‘Indirect Procurement & Invoice to Pay’ will lead the S2P DT team to ensure quality and timely deliverables and testing during the transformation process. The Senior S/4HANA Expert will support stakeholder engagement and deliver S2P solutions, focusing on Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos, among other processes. This leadership is vital for achieving transformational objectives, ensuring smooth implementation with proper risk management, controls, and security.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in large-scale digital transformations within global organizations, resulting in high adoption of new tools
* Experience with S/4HANA transformation
* Proven expertise in Source to Pay processes, especially Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos, including new S/4HANA functionalities
* Ability to gather and analyze S2P business requirements from stakeholders
* Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, innovations in S/4HANA (e.g., RPA), OpenText VIM, and basic SAP integration products (e.g., SAP DRC, MDG, BTP)
* Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
* Strong communication skills to explain S2P processes to stakeholders at all levels
* Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making proficiency
Key responsibilities:
* Review business requirements during building and testing phases for Procure to Receipt, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos
* Analyze current S2P technology infrastructure and align it with business strategies for Indirect Procurement & Invoice to Pay
* Develop and maintain SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrations
* Define and enforce SAP solution standards and procedures
* Manage and mitigate risks related to SAP solutions
* Guide and mentor SAP Consultants
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business segments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration during the transformation
