About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader to join a busy beef processing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and previous food production experience to step into a key role within the operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising a team on the production line
* Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
* Monitoring staff performance and providing support where needed
* Coordinating workflow to ensure efficiency across the line
* Reporting any issues to management promptly
* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor (food production preferred)
2. Experience working in a meat or beef processing environment is highly desirable
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
