Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor based in Greenwich, you will be responsible for overseeing classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Your primary duties will include:
Job Duties:
* Supervising and managing the classroom environment
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons
* Managing student behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere
* Providing support to students in their learning activities
Required Qualifications:
A valid DBS check
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs including English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively
* Basic understanding of educational principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching Assistant qualification
Working Conditions:
You will be working in a school environment, following the school's policies and procedures. The role may involve some level of physical activity and standing for extended periods.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
