Support Analyst -12 Month Fixed Term Contract Kennedys is looking for a Support Analyst to join the team. The team is spread across many locations London, Chelmsford, Manchester and Kerala. This position will be based in Chelmsford with flexibility to work from other locations or home from time to time. Team The Kennedys IQ team are responsible for the development of an the IQ Platform, an online application designed to facilitate the insurance claims process using a combination of intelligent data capture, workflow augmented with legal expertise, as well as analytics including machine learning and natural language processing. We aim to lead the market across the globe at the intersection of technology, insurance and law. Pipeline projects include ground breaking innovation work where we lead consortia of leading data science practitioners, global insurers and world leading universities working alongside our own growing data science function to solve some of the biggest problems in the insurance industry today. Key responsibilities
• Provide customer support to clients who are implementing or have implemented the IQ platform
• Work with development product teams to deliver customer implementations with a consistently high quality of service
• Configuration of IQ platform as part of customer implementation process including data schema setup, document templating and workflow configuration
• Perform appropriate pre-release and regression testing.
• Assist development and support staff, sometimes out of hours, with application releases and system upgrades. Required experience
• A minimum of 2 years of IT experience in a professional services environment performing at 1st line level.
• Basic understanding of SQL and writing SQL queries.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure to allow for end to end ticket management.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of ITIL functions, Incident and problem management.
• Excellent communication skills to enable this person to liaise with external customers, internal users, and IQ development team.
• Ability to work as a team and perform on their own initiative, as this person may need to stand in for the Product Support Manager.
