Salary: £29,562 to £32,611 per year (pay award pending)
Location: Selkirk, Scottish Borders
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
You will be part of a well-established Trades team working together to deliver a high quality, efficient and responsive service to our customers. You will undertake a wide range of tasks including repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, and upgrades to a range of residential housing.
You must be time served in all aspects of your trade and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be expected to carry out a full range of activities associated with the qualifications of the post. You should be motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent customer care skills and be an effective team player.
This is an excellent opportunity where you can build upon your existing skill set carrying out housing repairs and maintenance and refurbishment processes to the SBHA stock portfolio.
