As well as receiving on-the-job training, youâll be trained at our in-house Parts Academy and GTG Training, while being regularly assessed as you work towards a Level 3 Parts Operations qualification. \nThis role would suit someone who is self-motivated, willing to learn and enjoys working with others while delivering a high standard of customer service. A career progression plan can be put in place for those looking to develop their career further. \n Day-to-day duties \nâ¢\tReceiving and dispatching parts in a timely and professional manner. \nâ¢\tDealing with enquiries, internal and external, either face to face or over the phone. \nâ¢\tSourcing and pricing parts. \nâ¢\tWorking with various online systems. \nâ¢\tAssisting with stock management. \nâ¢\tLiaising with other departments within the company. \nâ¢\tWorking with a team in a busy environment. \n Essential skills \nâ¢\tYou must have gained\u202FNational 4 or above in Maths, English and one other subject (or accredited equivalent).\nâ¢\tGood levels of literacy and numeracy. \nâ¢\tStrong communication skills. \nâ¢\tWillingness to learn and listen to instructions. \nâ¢\tAbility to build good relationships with your team and other departments. \nâ¢\tAbility to ask questions and learn quickly on the job. \nâ¢\tWilling to use your own initiative. \n\n\n
