The Casino Supervisor will be responsible for the administration and day-to-day supervision of staff and operations in the Tables and Slot areas. This role ensures the professional operation of Slot Machine and Table Games at Red Shores, aiming for complete customer satisfaction by monitoring employee interactions with guests and co-workers to exceed guest expectations. The Supervisor will maintain an open-door policy, actively contribute to team development, and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
1. Requires supervisor experience in a related field of five (5) or more years or a combination of equivalent work experience and education.
2. Previous casino dealer or table games leadership experience is considered an asset.
3. Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Ability to meet and exceed customer service standards, resolve concerns effectively.
5. Working knowledge of computer software applications and mathematical skills.
6. Ability to manage staff to perform their responsibilities and generate results.

Responsibilities
1. Supervise staff and operations to ensure compliance with PEI Gaming Regulations, Red Shores policies, and internal procedures, including performance management and discipline.
2. Mentor, coach, and support staff development, collaborating with the Gaming Experience Manager as needed.
3. Assist in managing departmental budgets, including monitoring overtime and scheduled hours.
4. Review and develop policies and procedures to meet operational requirements and improve efficiency.
