The Role: Contracts Manager:
You will lead the delivery of a new-build country home project. From pre-construction through to handover, you will take ownership of programme, quality, client liaison, and overall project performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Leading project programming, cost control, and quality assurance
* Acting as the primary client liaison throughout project delivery
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and contractual obligations
Candidate Profile:
We're seeking a skilled Contracts Manager with a proven background in high end single dwelling residential projects, ideally with experience on schemes with contract values of £5m and above.
Key requirements:
* 10+ years’ experience in prime residential construction
* Background in both high end refurbishment and new-build projects
* Strong leadership, programming, and client-facing capabilities
* A stable, progressive career history with reputable main contractors
