We are currently recruiting a Projects Administrator to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email, ensuring all enquiries are responded to within the SLA
We are offering a salary of up to £27k depending on experience, plus Christmas shutdown, 25 days holiday, plus more
This role is Full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00, Friday 08:00 to 15:30 or an extra 30 minutes Mon-Thurs to finish 13:00 Friday (request on starting)
Your responsibilities will include:
* Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring they are added to the CRM system and passed to the relevant department
* Distribution of service posts when required
* Arrange all engineers' hotel and travel accommodation
* Update the internal CRM system
The ideal candidate:
* Minimum 1 years of experience working within administration or customer service
* Be able to work to tight deadlines
* Is used to working with all Microsoft packages
