We are looking for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a respected VAG specialist garage in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys working on Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda vehicles in a professional independent workshop environment.
You'll join a small, experienced team of technicians in a busy workshop specialising in VAG vehicles, diagnostics, servicing, and performance work. The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule and the chance to work on interesting vehicles including performance models.
This position is ideal for a Vehicle Technician in Redhill or surrounding areas such as Reigate, Horley, Crawley, or East Grinstead looking for a long-term role with a specialist garage.

Key Responsibilities
* Servicing and mechanical repairs on Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda vehicles
* Diagnostics and fault finding using modern diagnostic systems
* Performance upgrades and ECU tuning work
* MOT preparation and general mechanical repairs
* Supporting workshop operations and maintaining high standards
* Occasionally assisting with customer queries when needed
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
* Experience working with VAG vehicles preferred
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent beneficial
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
* Interest in performance vehicles or tuning is a bonus
